Just finished reading a very thorough, positive, and encouraging review of my debut novel Carolina Daemonic, Book I: Confederate Shadows by Nev Murray, who I would recommend to any author whenever he has an open call to review your book.
Not only did he take the time to read but book, but he dissected it in detail without spoiling anything. He noted a lot of what I was going for, especially a book that couldn't be easily put into any genre, and noted things to work on in the future in terms of my heavy prose world building and political complexities. Glad he liked the characters and the darker/action based parts of the novel, which there will be way more of in future volumes since I got the primary plot setting out of the way.
Got a well explained 3 out of 5 stars and I'm happy with it. Check out his review!
